Situated on the southeastern edge of the island, nestled from the Atlantic by the mainland, each of these modish, carefully offered houses are positioned within a few minutes walk of the village which has a local shop, pub, number of restaurants and a old-fashioned wharf connected by ferry to the mainland at Portmagee.

The Island is an perfect base to tour the South Kerry region. Activities on the island include fishing, cycling or hiking on the many nature trails and to the tip of the Island, Bray Head. The more adventurous can benefit from deep seas diving obtainable by the local diving school. Local attractions comprise a boat trip to Skellig Rock, Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Derrynane House and a choice of impressive beaches.
